Eligibility Criteria
Age to be between 18-28 yrs as on 01.08.2011 (Age Limit relaxed as 5 - SC/ST, 3 - OBC, 10 - PWD),
Pass in Xth with 65% marks (60% for SC/ST/PWD/EX-S),
OR,
Pass in Diploma in Banking with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWD/EX-S),
OR,
Pass in degree in any Discipline with Min 50% (45% for SC/ST/PWD/EX-S).
Computer basics Knowledge will be Preferred but certificate is not required.
Any candidate May apply only for vacancies in the state in which he/she appeared for the CWE exam. Knowing Local Language for the state applying for is necessary.
No Minimum State Wise Cut Offs are
stipulated so any CWE Clerical passed candidates may apply for these
vacancies. However, having 24 Marks (21 for SC/ST/OBC/EX-S/PWD) in Each
Subject are required to apply. TWS Score of 120 for General and 105 for
Reserved categories is required.

Selection Procedure
As before, Candidates will be interviewed later after getting shortlisted depending on number of vacancies.
- Final selection list will be issued on the basis of overall performance (IBPS CWE + Interviews).
- The Interview will have total 50 Marks. Qualifying marks will be
22.50 marks for General and 20 for SC/ST/OBC/PC/EXSM Candidates.
- The probation period will be 6 Months and firts five years of service will be in rural branches of the bank.
